An E&O policy simply protects the user of the report against any loss resulting in an
error or omission on the report.

Warehouse Lines
Single Source has partnered with an outstanding secondary market consulting
firm that provides clients with real-world experience. Our partner will
assist in obtaining new warehouse lines, or improving utilization on current
warehouse lines. A brief description of each scenario follows:
Existing
When a company's warehouse lines are maxed out, that company can't grow.
This problem has one of two origins: either the company is experiencing
poor warehouse utilization (that is, not turning the line a sufficient
number of times in a month) or the company's leverage ratio has exceeded
the credit provider's limits. Our solution is frequently called upon by
mortgage lenders, to overcome the origins of inefficient warehouse
utilization; and warehouse lenders, to assist their customers in improving
loan sale processes in order to improve warehouse utilization.
Our partner first reviews internal issues that may be inhibiting increased
funding capacity before pursuing additional warehouse lines. If it is determined
that additional lines are necessary, our partner knows the major warehouse
lenders and can help negotiate favorable terms - usually better than if the client
were to do so directly.
New
The proposed HUD ruling will require mortgage brokers to fund loans on a
warehouse line in order to earn yield-spread premiums. Our partner can
assist qualified mortgage brokers in obtaining warehouse lines. They recognize
that proper systems and procedures for timely sale of loans are necessary,
and ensure efficient utilization of the line and maximum profit margins.

Multi-State Lending
This is an excellent solution for licensed mortgage brokers who are not interested
in a net branch solution to increase their reach. A broker must have its own licensed
mortgage company to affiliate with our bank and gain access to cross state loans.
This bank is licensed in 38 states and projects to have licenses in all 50 states by
spring of 2005.
This is not a net branch solution and the broker does not become an employee. Clients
keep their current company structure, and the bank will not take part in any loans
you originate under your company in the states you are licensed in.
