Background
Dan Streit has over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, filling various national roles for prominent mortgage services organizations. Dan started Single Source Partners, Inc. in January of 2002 in order to provide one source for solutions, products and services for mortgage professionals. It was Dan's vision to provide the mortgage professional with an unbiased evaluation of mortgage solutions in order to allow lenders and brokers to concentrate on their core business.
Dan recognized the need for lenders to have the ability to order multiple mortgage services from one easy to use platform. As a result, from 1997 through 1999, Dan collaborated with a variety of vendors and service providers to create a multi-vendor real time platform that enabled the mortgage community to communicate with their service providers, creating significant advantages including cost, time and ease of use. In the venture, Dan was responsible for vendor negotiation, raising private capital investments, and business development.
Dan is responsible for corporate strategy, strategic alliances and the overall vision of Single Source Partners, Inc.

Background
J.B. has dual curriculum education with a degree in industrial engineering from HEI Engineering School in Lille, France as well as an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.
J.B. started his career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) at their offices in Paris, France. Assigned on international projects for multinational corporations, he managed various departments for finance and accounting software implementation projects, such as PeopleSoft and SAP.
J.B. moved to Orange County to join Single Source Partners in 2002 and focuses on strategic business development, finance and operations.

In 1978, after setting national sales records in two different industries, Dick formed Richard S. Warn & Associates to help business owners, managers and leaders achieve greater success in sales, management, and team building.
He has written three books, delivered over eight hundred custom workshops, two thousand keynotes and the audio versions of his written series, The Miracle Minutes, can be heard on KTDD-AM (Riverside, California) and KMYT-FM (Temecula, California).

Frank Tuttle is an invaluable member of the Single Source Partners Advisory Board. Frank holds a California Mortgage Brokers License and has spent a portion of his career originating loans. This experience provides the Single Source Partners organization with extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, especially from a technology perspective.
Frank obtained his MBA while working as an electrical engineer at Hughes Aircraft. In addition, he has completed all course work and base research for a Doctorial program in business and management with a concentration on systems design.
This unique blend of technology and mortgage knowledge has helped create an indispensable expert in IT for the mortgage industry. Frank has also designed and built the front-end origination systems for several mortgage companies. We are fortunate to be able to tap into this background to help Single Source Partners in making sound strategic decisions for our clients. Frank holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.

Joe received education in Business, Selling Residential Real Estate, and transitioned to Commercial Sales and sales management, placement of Commercial Loan Pools. He started his career as VP of the largest RTC/FDIC Commercial Asset liquidator and servicer as well as a partner in two Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Consulting Firms. He then created and managed an entire division for off shore process of abstraction of Commercial Leases and Commercial Loan Documents, including staff and divisions management in three countries. Joe also consulted with several banks and Fortune 100 companies on their Commercial Assets.
Most recently, Joe has been the top producer as an Account Executive for Correspondent Division of Sub-prime Lender. He remains an industry expert in the commercial lending industry.

Gerald Bloch has over 25 years of experience practicing law in the area of real estate. He represents investors, developers, lenders, landlords, tenants and contractors and has resolved complex issues and executed transactions in a wide range of real estate contexts, including purchases and sales, financings, land use, development and construction and commercial leases.
Jerry has held a number of in-house legal positions, including real estate counsel to Wells Fargo Bank, Associate General Counsel for The Grupe Company and General Counsel for Pacific Monarch Resorts. He opened his own practice in Southern California in 1994.
Jerry has a B. A. degree from Boston College, a J. D. degree from University of San Francisco and an L. L. M. degree in tax law from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Orange County Bar Association, has written numerous articles and was a professor of real property law at San Francisco Law School.
